Did maintenance
and/or new plantings at historic monument/sites in Highland:
i.e., historic monument/flower bed 600 block of Jordan: historic
monument/flower bed in boulevard @ Robinson and Fairfield;
flower bed across from Highland Center; also Columbia Park beds.
